This also undoubtedly includes preparing legally-compliant licensing and know-how contracts. And, by all means, we keep abreast of new developments in Domain Law  and IT-related inventions.

Protecting your rights – everywhere in the world

We defend our clients' technical property rights, trademarks and designs at an international level, because we have the power of representation in Court not only before the German Patent and Trademark Office, but also before all German courts, before the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante, Spain. Moreover, we pride ourselves in having long-standing, close contact with patent attorneys and attorneys at law from all over the world, as well as our own experience abroad, which allows us to have access to a worldwide network.

A particular asset, both to us and to our clients, is Attorney at Law Yanyun Zhang, who is originally from China, grew up bilingual and obtained his attorney license in Germany. With him on our side, our Frankfurt location places special emphasis on the Chinese market.
